Shipping & Returns


Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call our Customer Support Hot line, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.


Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.


Indigo Advertising Distribution Ltd reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.


General Returns



1.  Contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days of the receipt of your items. We only accept products in their original condition.


Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center  and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.


2.  Miss-shipped products: For miss-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.


3.  Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Returning for replacement and refund


1.  Quality Issues:

If a product has quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, Memory-Clip.ca will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a full refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send a refund or exchange the product. Quality problems caused by manufacturing include such discolored products, broken or bend damage.


2.  Non Quality Issues:

If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 85% the full price (15% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee).


Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.


Canceling Orders (Before delivery)


If an order is canceled before delivery, no fee will be charged.


Overdue Items

We will return a full refund if the item ordered is not delivered by the promised delivery date.

Order Cancellation

We understand that ordering a special Sentenced products for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our Oil's or Candles and Erzbirgische Volkskunst are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused.


The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.


Our Cancellation Policy:

  • (1).  Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.
  • (2).  Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
  • (3).  Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
  • (4).  Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

*When you receive an email from Indingo Advertising Distribution Ltd. titled “Payment Confirmation for Order#_______ with Advertising Distribution Ltd.”, your payment has been confirmed.


Returning for replacement and refund

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the items ordered has been made to your order specifications. Try your ordered products as soon as possible without damaged or removing the tags and destroying the packaging.


If you are unhappy with your purchase and need to return an item back to Indigo Advertising Distribution  Ltd. for any reason, please follow the steps below:


  • (1).  Contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • (2).  Once your request has been processed by Customer Service, they will provide you with a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return.
  • (3).  Send your items to us as soon as possible once Customer Service has provided the form. Include the completed Product Return Form with your return.Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.


Defective, Damaged or Miss-shipped Items:


You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or miss-shipped items.


If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.


The Product is not the size or sense you ordered

Should your product size or scene differ from the specifications of your order, feel free to choose from the following options:


(1). You are encouraged to get exchanged another size or scene we happy to make the adjustments. 

(2). You may use our modification service free of charge, with Indingo Advertising Distribution Ltd. responsible for all shipping fees.

(3). You may return the product to us to receive a full refund. We will also reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.


Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Indigo Advertising Distribution Ltd. Web shop. Slight color mismatches between the color of your ordered products and the color shown on screen may not mean that the product is defective or miss-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Returning for replacement and refund


All items can be returned within 7  days after you receive the products. Please clearly identify the return reason on the package. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of customization or tear.


1.  Quality Issues:


Full refunds are issued for quality issues and we will pay for return postage both ways. (Quality issues include: obvious stains, tear damage, and defective products.)


2.  Size Errors:


Customers who receive products with errors of 2cm (or greater) between the actual measured size and the size chart on the website, that we consider will affect the use of the product, are eligible for a full refund. Products with errors less than 2cm will not be accepted.


Canceling Orders (Payment Confirmed)


1.  No charges for canceling orders before shipping.

2.  Customized Memory Clip orders are eligible for a 25% partial refund.


Overdue Items


If products are not received by our promised date, we will issue a full refund.




Sentce PRODUCTS & CANDLES


Returning for replacement and refund


1.  If there is any quality problem within 7 days of receiving the product, we will issue a full refund. Quality problems include broken products, products that cannot be used normally (except products that are not properly used).


Customers need to send the product back to us, and we will handle the refund as soon as possible, once we confirm that there is no damage.


2.  Replacement and refund is not available for non-quality problems.


Canceling orders (Before delivery)


There will be no charge if the order is canceled before delivery.


Overdue Items


If the order is not shipped within the time stated, we will issue a complete refund, no questions asked.





Requesting an Exchange


1. Your original order number (This is very important).

2. The reason for your exchange and the replacement style name, number, and color of your replacement piece.

3. Your shipping address and phone number.


Canceling an Order


1.  You will not be charged any fees if you cancel you order within 48 hours.

2.  We will charge 50% of your total order fees if you cancel your order after 48 hours but within 7 days.

3.  Only freight fees will be returned if you cancel your order after 7 days but before the item is shipped.


Late Delivery


We will offer a full refund for late delivery.




Oils and Fragment



All items in the Oil's Category are designated as OSRM (Other Special Regulated Materials) and once sold cannot be returned or exchanged except in particular circumstances such as quality issues and allergies.


Return Policy


Quality Issues:


We will offer a refund and bear return shipping fees for any products returned due to quality issues (Quality issues include damage and poor quality of products). Returned product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product and must be in brand new condition, unused and returned with original packaging.

Please also explain why you want to return the products.


Allergy Problems:


If you are sensitive or allergic to the products after use, please show medical proof (such as a doctor's note) and receipt for return. Products must be returned within 7 days or receiving the product and customers must not have used more than 1/3 of the product.


Exchanged Policy


Faulty Goods

We will pay the shipping fees for products being exchanged due to the wrong product being sent.


Canceling an Order
